This skin is actually based off of the early Watercolor visual style of Windows XP when it was in beta (codenamed: Whistler). This skin has sounds for button presses (not program buttons, though)!

The icons in this skin are "stock" icons from Windows XP. The other images are based off of Windows images. I cannot copyright this skin.
